The big gist of it is that I don't really want any of your personal information. The email is only there so you can get back in to your account when you forget the password.
Update: You don't even need an account now.
I'm not going to protect you in any way if law enforcement come knocking at my door. That's not what this service is for. If they ask and I can verify they're official they're going to get everything I know about the upload forwarded to them.
If I receive a DMCA takedown notification for an image/album I'll disable access to the image/album and forward the DMCA on to the uploader where possible as required by the DMCA.
Cloudflare scans every image on upload, if an image is known to contain abusive content the details of the upload will be forwarded to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant authorities.
Where I do have your personal information (email address) it'll only ever be used to send you service-related emails such as verifying the address and lost password requests. No email list signups or anything like that. No sharing, selling, giving, leasing, or loaning of your private data will occur with the exception of the above.
